Cancellation & Returns
You can fill out the form by clicking the Return button on the My Account > My Orders page.
After submitting the return request, the buyer is expected to process it with the campaign code from the shipping company within 7 calendar days.
- If there is visible damage, impact, or breakage in the shipping package or product, you must have the courier prepare a damage report. Couriers are required to document damaged packages.
- If the courier does not prepare a document, you can return the product without accepting it or check it at the shipping branch before accepting it.
- If you do not obtain a damage report, you will not be able to prove that the issue with the product is due to the store or the shipping service. Therefore, you must ensure a report is prepared.
- If there is visible damage, impact, or breakage in the shipping package or product, you need to have the courier prepare a damage report.
- By obtaining a report, you can return the product to the courier without accepting it. If your product is incomplete, defective, faulty, damaged, or different from what was stated, you can exercise your right to return.
- To initiate the return process, click the Return button on the My Account > My Orders page.
If you have received the product and have not yet shipped it, you can create a Return Request. You can deliver it to the shipping company with the Campaign Code provided by the system.
If you have not received the product, you can create a Return Request by stating the reason.
After the return shipping information is provided, the store is required to conclude the return request within 7 days or 2 business days after the product is delivered to the store. If the store needs time to inspect the product, it may request additional time. Upon approval of the additional time, the request must be concluded by the end of the additional time.
Note: The requested additional time is calculated in business days.
According to regulations, a decrease in the value of the product or the existence of a reason that makes return impossible does not prevent the use of the right of withdrawal. However, if the decrease in the value of the product or the impossibility of return is due to the buyer's fault, the buyer must compensate the store for the decrease in the product's value. In this case, the store may take legal action against the buyer to recover the loss. For more detailed information, please refer to
"For returns or cancellations of products purchased with a coupon, the entire cart must be returned or canceled. If the usage period is still ongoing, the coupon will be reloaded to the account. Partial returns and cancellations made after the usage period has expired will not result in the coupon being reloaded to the account.
Important Note: The return status of the coupon may vary based on campaign conditions."

"To cancel your return request; you can go to the My Orders page in the My Account menu and click the Withdraw Request button next to the product."
You can request a return again from the My Account > My Orders page.
If the store needs time to inspect the product, it can request a maximum of 30 business days of additional time from the customer.
