Selecting Goods and Services (Adding to Cart)
To access the desired product on wansse, you can search by entering keywords or browse through the main category to the relevant subcategory to look at product options. By clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the product page, you can add your selected product to your cart.
• Entering Payment Information (Purchase)
To proceed to the payment stage, after selecting the products you want to buy in the cart, click the Continue button. Enter the address where you want your order and invoice to be sent, or select one of your registered addresses. If you wish, before your product is shipped, you can change your address information from the My Account page under My Information > Delivery Address. After entering your credit card information and selecting an installment option, complete your purchase. You can make your payment with a bank card, BKM Express, or PayPal. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a payment confirmation email. You will then be informed via email during the various stages of order confirmation by the store, shipment of your order, and completion of your purchase.
- Quick Buy: By clicking the "Quick Buy" button on the product pages, you can instantly purchase products. You can make your payment using a bank card, credit card, BKM Express, or PayPal.
- After clicking the Quick Buy button, use your points and coupons in the "Extra Discounts" section on the opened order screen.
- Select the address where you want your order and invoice to be shipped or define a new address in the system.
- Enter your credit card information and make your payment by choosing one of the installment options.
Delivery Information
After payment is received on wansse, the store ships the product within the specified supply period and enters the shipping information into the system. The shipping information will be sent to your email. You can also track your product by clicking the "TRACK SHIPMENT" link in the current orders section of your My Account page or through the shipping company's website.
Retention of Contracts
As part of the purchase of a product or service, the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Contract established online between the seller and buyer will be sent to you along with the order confirmation email. These documents will also be kept in wansse records for six months.
Changing Order Information (Order Cancellation)
You can track the status of your order from your My Account page, change your order information, or cancel your order.
